Subject: A sexual cousin mayhem. Advice??

Hey Everyone! Well, there is this guy I know ( who doesn't live in the same state as me.) He's my cousin, but down the line. We usually are like the best of friends, but lately things haven't been going well. He's disrespectful towards girls and not a christian. I tell him to stop but he doesn't always listen and sometimes he even tries to get me to send pictures of me in short shorts to him. He's very sexual and I can't take it anymore. He knows about my boyfriend who is long distance but I've been together a year with now. I make it pretty obvious how serious I am in our relationship, but that doesn't stop him and worse of all he is a player. Since he is family I don't want to cause a bunch of trouble. But, on the other hand if he stops doing this to me, he will only move onto someother girl and treat her the same. Should I tell his parents? Should I stop talking to him? What should I do? My boyfriend says that I should just stop talking to him, but he will literally annoy me everyday if I don't reply to his text. How can I shake the family off without causing a fight?? Thanks in advance!!

Are you close to his parents? Tell them, and/or your parents. It's disrespectful and inappropriate, and not your problem. It's thoughtful of you to not want him to hurt another girl, but if he's a player like you say he is, he is probably still playing with other girls already and when he gets bored with you, he will move on anyway.

I know it's hard...but it's not up to you to fix him! I've told myself "if I stop talking to this guy, he's just going to do it to some other girl" but know what? it wears on you! it's not worth the risk to yourself! If he is just going to mess with another girl, talking to you won't stop him! Make it very clear you demand to be treated with respect! And I agree with Adelynn on it all. It would probably be a good idea to tell someone.

sometimes He says yes. Sometimes He says no. Sometimes He says wait awhile....

I am not really close with his parents, but i am close enough to tell them. I know he is probably doing it to other girls, it's just that I don't want to make the whole "we are family thing" awkard. I totally know you guys are right and that i need to do something. And I could make it clearer how i need to be treated with respect too. I guess all i needed is that extra push to just do it. Thank you guys!!!

Good idea to tell someone, definitely... But as to being family... that's a non issue. He shouldn't be treating ANY girl that way. Just don't even use that as an excuse. It just makes it a loophole for other girls who aren't related to you. Whoever you end up talking to, make it perfectly clear that it's disgusting because every girl deserves to be treated better than that. Hope that helps too. :-)

Look I'm a guy and I think you should tell either your parents or his parents because most guys are real hard heads. I want to know something does your cousin respect his parents? If not you will probably have to drill into his head that he is a jerk. Sorry if I said too much or offended.

sorry i never got your message Scotty!! Yea, i think im going to keep trying. I haven't talked to him in forever but next time I do I am going to try. He does not respect his parents and I know that for a fact. You didn't offend me lol i think blunt honesty is a great trait in a personality.
